Cardiology Customer Project Manager - West and Midwest US

Project Managers lead and direct teams accountable for achieving project objectives, effective integration of new systems and technologies, meeting time and budget requirements, directing all project resources in accordance with guidelines, in order to realize the desired business goals for the project(s) while driving strong customer satisfaction.Your role:

Formulates the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, as defined by contract; specifies the staffing of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used;

Manages the overall customer satisfaction by balancing scope, pricing, and scheduling decisions with what was purchased and forecasted;

Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting;

Leads the project, within the project budget in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources;

Ensures appropriate communication between implementation team members to ensure success, efficiency and risk mitigation;

Directs project team members and gives them operational guidance;

Creates and executes explicit action plans that satisfies both customer and business goals;

Works collaboratively with implementation teams;

Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and may make proposals for training.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent combination of academic and work experience;

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare information technology or equivalent combination of related experience and education - experience in radiology or cardiology informatics, or similar domain preferred

Strong analytical capacity with excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong knowledge of the following: Hardware solutions, Virtual computing environments, Networking solutions

Basic knowledge of the following: DICOM and HL7 and Clinical workflows and experience in customer service delivery with a focus on project management

The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in the Midwest or Western United States.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
