Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into TM1 solutions.
Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, and applications to support financial planning and analysis.
Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into TM1.
Create and optimize TM1 reports and dashboards for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TM1 applications and data.
Stay up-to-date with TM1 best practices and industry trends to ensure the optimal performance of our TM1 environment.
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cognos TM1 Developer, with a strong understanding of TM1 architecture and development.
Proficiency in TM1 Turbo Integrator scripting and rule writing.
Solid knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with other BI tools such as Cognos Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
