Customer Success Account Manager, Clinical Informatics- Digital Computational Pathology (National)

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and driving project plans, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by the Customer Success Lead. You will specify and provide planning proposals for resources required, including risk assessment, and support in driving for success and 100% digitization of selected customer in both the pre- and post-sales phases.Your role:

Responsible for driving quality, planning, information, knowledge exchange and organization to monitor and prioritize customer success and accelerate sales. Teaming up with internal and external resources, you will drive projects towards success in partnership with Commercial BDMs, Solution Architects and customer representatives.

Support commercial activity in providing a single point of contact towards customers in pre and post sales activities for complex and specifically identified customers and accounts. Identify opportunities, resolve challenges and foster expansion of system usage and value creation of Philips solution.

Support pre-order technical sales meetings and project scoping, Maximize customer readiness pre-order, to minimize Order to Revenue time. Support customers to maximize the value they perceive and experience from interacting with the extended Philips team.

Provide planning, monitor and track customer interaction, progress and satisfaction towards purchasing a Philips solution (Pre) and achieving 100% digitization (post).

Provide a bridge to support the full and healthy transfer of customers towards the Philips Customer Support OrganizationMature customers towards desired end state of workflow and efficiency optimization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Degree level education preferred. 5+ Years Experience in Healthcare IT, High-End solution Management and Clinical Laboratory Experience Preferred

Strong and proven track record in Project Management, preferably in more than one field.

Proven experience operating in Senior hospital management level with Clinical laboratory knowledge and experience of modality/products in the IVD segment is an advantage

Clearly apparent drive and passion, with intense desire for success. Aspirations to grow within Philips as part of a rapidly expanding team.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $130,000 to $177,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
