We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting various functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Prepare HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and employee change forms.
Benefits Administration:
Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
Track and report on employee training and development activities.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Events and Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee events, wellness programs, and other initiatives to promote employee engagement.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or a related administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS.
