Description We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of our Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Proficient with HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
