Develop and maintain RESTful java based micro services leveraging Spring boot and non-blocking, asynchronous frameworks
Develop services leveraging AWS managed services such as:
Lambda (Python and Java)
SNS/SQS
API Gateway
DynamoDB
Active participation within a scrum team for the following:
daily status updates
providing code reviews for other team members
designing new features
sharing knowledge across other teams
Production support including responding to production outages
Working directly with teams from across the organization for development and defect fixes
3+ years of experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST, object oriented programming analysis and design
Experience with web service frameworks such as JAXRS and Spring
Proficient in software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
