Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a quality analyst to support a large federal customer in San Diego, CA. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Support surveillance of operational infectious diseases that affect DoD personnel in coordination with federal agencies, local governments, research organizations, and universities at locations around the world (coordination will be completed by the Government
Provide operational support for diagnostic evaluations, clinical studies, and/or clinical trials supported by NHRC and sponsored by Federal Agencies or private companies.
Maintain Good Clinical Laboratory Practices standards in performance of laboratory testing.
Maintain the existing Government approved QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) program that meets accreditation standards (such as CAP- College of American Pathologists) and improves the safety and quality of the laboratory.
Monitor quality metrics, initiate and support Root Cause Investigations, develop effective Corrective/Preventative Actions, and execute Continuous Quality Improvement projects.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors of Science degree
2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control management
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a favorable NACLC T3 security investigation - Experience within operational infectious disease surveillance
Experience developing and applying quality standards requirements
Experience developing and conducting laboratory tests null
