JOB SUMMARY:Performs individualized nursing care for patients and families under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practitioner. Practices basic assessment skills, data collection, participates in planning, executes interventions in accordance with the plan of care, and contributes to the evaluation of outcomes.
