Job Summary:
This position is responsible for warehouse management, order process, sales support, customer service, sourcing and purchasing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Warehousing:
o Packing products on pallets or in boxes follow the customer order,
o Loading and off-loading goods from containers/trucks.
o Preparation of daily shipments.
o Count inventory and keep accurate
o Keep warehouse organized and clean
Customer Service:
o Support outside sales
o Process sales order
o Coordinate all aspects of customer care from original order to shipment and ensuring or managing any issues that may arise
o Interface with customers to resolve payment issues
o Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Sourcing and Purchasing:
o Communicate with China team on the shipment
o Custom clearance
o Source ingredients from other suppliers
o Request samples for evaluation
o Place purchase order
o Monitor the shipment
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management:
o Forklift maintenance
o Help accounting paper work
Skills/Qualifications:
Speaking Mandarin is required
A Bachelor Degree in Science, Business or Marketing is required
Able to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times
Able to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
Able to read a sales order, counting stock and packing in pallets.
Able to understand and follow safety procedures
Able to operate forklift (training is available)
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing at least 55 lbs consecutively
