Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing maintenance and service on a variety of equipment, including vertical and horizontal CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with suppliers and vendors to troubleshoot and source replacement parts. You will use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.Responsibilities
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Work with suppliers and vendors for troubleshooting support and to source replacement parts.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on vertical and horizontal CNC machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Communicate with management regarding findings and the status of work.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain production uptime.
Complete Preventative Maintenance on all required equipment.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Organize parts storage and tool storage.
Ensure regular and dependable attendance.
Essential Skills
Electrical maintenance experience
Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems rapidly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Mechanical mindset and curiosity about how machines work
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of general maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
