RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Marketing Data Enablement Coordinator in San Diego, California (CA).
Responsibilities include:
Gather and document business requirements for marketing campaign audiences
Quarterly/in-season planning process - support in vetting through folios to understand which campaigns need new data onboarding
Marketing Data Enablement Coordinator will coordinate with teams that are requesting new data onboarding to gather all requirements, use cases, and timelines
Support in the process of data onboarding
Coordination of marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to unlock CDP ingestion (i.e., getting all the right people in the room to get PD questions answered, setting up follow up meetings, escalating blocked/at risk areas)
Support QA/data quality through dashboard monitoring (weekly off-season, daily in-season)
Monitor data pipelines to ensure accurate and consistent data usage for marketing campaigns and targeting
Marketing Data Enablement Coordinator will create and maintain DQ monitoring documentation and report to teams regularly
Alert dependent teams when issues arise and drive to solutions
Support monthly Velocity tracking of MTTD, MTTR and cycle time
Ensure incident management tracker is up to date, work with DAT team to get all cells updated (root cause, close date, Jira ticket documentation)
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3+ years of professional experience driving marketing audiences' execution in a customer data platform or similar tool
Experience with marketing technologies such as, CRM automation platforms, customer data platforms, data management platforms, advertising media (Google and Facebook)
Experience with multiple digital marketing channels (i.e., Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social and Mobile platforms, as well as Web Properties)
Strong quality control mindset; Ability to identify data issues and troubleshoot root causes
Ability to provide solutions to solve complex data problems
Strong communicator, ability to work well across teams and various levels, highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture, team player, always curious, comfortable in the unknown
