Description We are in search of a Medical Customer Service Rep to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Medical Customer Service Rep, you will be reaching out to eligible patients for specific medical programs, obtaining their consent, and managing their information using specialized software. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Communicate with patients about the specific medical programs they are eligible for. Engage in outbound communication with potential program participants to explain the benefits and gauge their interest. Secure patient consent for program participation verbally. Conduct all necessary paperwork following the patient's consent. Manage inbound calls from patients, specifically focusing on those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Utilize specialized software such as ARM and CRM tools like Salesforce for effective case management and tracking.
