We are seeking residents of San Diego and Imperial Counties, California, to serve as jurors for a mock trial on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of San Diego County and Imperial County, California, ages 18 to 70.
Date of Mock Trial: Wednesday, August 20, 2025
Hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 1-hour lunch break)
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE a U.S. Citizen
MUST BE a San Diego or Imperial County resident for a minimum of 1 year
MUST BE 18 years of age or older
MUST HAVE a valid California driver’s license or California State I.D. showing a San Diego or Imperial County address.
MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
MUST BE ABLE to sit for extended periods, watch and listen to presentations on a screen, take notes on paper, and complete forms on an iPad.
MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma; persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate
