Having prior strategy consulting or management consulting and transformation project-based experience;

Possessing proven strategy and management consulting tool kit including hypothesis driven problem solving and analysis skill, ability to synthesis complex outcome into simple written and oral communications, and project structuring and management;

Ability to manage, coach, and develop high performing strategy consulting resources in alignment with firm and market needs;

Identifying, addressing, and managing client needs related to building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

Possessing functional depth in Network, Medical Economics, Value Based Care, Medical Value Analytics, Population Health, Care Management Behavior Change and Measurement Science, Rx and Specialty Drug Management, Digital Health Platforms, Next Generation Condition Management Strategies, Public Health and Finance, CMS Regulation and Operational Response;

Experience with next generation sourcing, operating model design, workforce management, and process engineering in alignment with business and technology transformation;

Communicating value propositions, utilizing PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients;

Managing resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing and collections;

Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and, answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff;

Working experience with Population Health Management technologies and approaches (e.g., high-risk user stratification tools, cost/quality/utilization trend analysis, provider performance tools);

Working experience with Provider Network contracting domains including: value-based / risk contracting; specialty and behavioral health contracting; provider performance incentive management; alternative model contracting strategies, such as with community-based organizations and social needs providers; and,

Understanding of global trends for health organizations utilizing pragmatic approaches to achieve sustainable financial functions and operating models.
