DescriptionSAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst Associate supporting the Tactical Networks (TACNET) Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (CB-ISEA) Consolidate Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES) Program of Record (PoR), located in San Diego, CA .Note: This role is Hybrid Remote, with periodic onsite requirements (20-40%) in the San Diego area.JOB DESCRIPTION :

Support the Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Activity (TACNET CB-ISEA) Modernization Support Service Area.

Provides general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support for the project management team.

Take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, respond to customer/client/team inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required

Format and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and other documents.

Support project management team and network engineers to prepare, update, and distribute programmatic artifacts.

Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, as needed to collect, update, and turnover the artifacts to the appropriate parties.

Perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.

May be responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, research and secure requested information, and compiling/proofing of various deliverables.

Directly interface with Government Civilian and Active Duty Navy personnel

Process visit request, personnel travel, and expense reports

Participate in a continual improvement process, and provide inputs to standard operating procedures

Will not have any direct reports

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS :

HS/GED and four (4) years’ experience, Associates and two (2) years’ experience, Bachelors and 0 years’ experience.

Excellent written and presentation skills

Experience communicating and presenting to large customer groups and program leadership

Exceptional attention to detail

Experience building complex documents, spreadsheets, slide decks and project files

Demonstrated ability to think critically

Candidate must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to obtain a Full DoD Secret Clearance after start. SAIC will sponsor qualified candidates for a security clearance.

DESIRED SKILLS :

Experience with Travel & Expense software

Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project demands and dependencies

Experience supporting PEO C4I & NAVWAR Enterprise Operations (Navy Afloat systems a plus (CANES, ADNS, or ISNS))

Experience participating in strategic planning

Active Secret Clearance preferred

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems a plus (networks, routing/switching, servers, virtualization

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
