Property Administrator

Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to manage our properties and ensure our facilities operate efficiently. The Property Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's properties, including administrative support, tenant relations, and coordination with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, track lease expirations, and ensure compliance with lease terms.

Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair requests and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.

Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to property management.

Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including maintenance logs and tenant communications.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on property status, occupancy, and maintenance activities.

Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating events or meetings held on company property.

Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role, preferably in a biotech or related industry.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
