Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in San Diego, California. As a Property Administrator, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including processing invoices, managing vendors, and assisting with office administration tasks. Responsibilities: Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating events, and managing email correspondence Process and review invoices and contracts in a timely and accurate manner Engage in vendor management activities to ensure smooth operations Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone support, report typing, filing, and correspondence distribution Coordinate meetings and special events as necessary Assist in lease administration activities, including maintaining tenant contacts and insurance information Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and items Maintain an accurate and efficient contract administration software system, including tracking and filing contracts and insurance certificates Oversee the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports on the status of tenant work orders.
