a leader in the videogame and digital entertainment industry, is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Applications team! This role is remote supporting PST hours.

In this role, you will be able to help with improving the experience of their internal user community through the enhancement, promotion, and implementation of collaboration applications. You will work with partners and users to understand requirements and encourage using various applications while finding solutions that meet their needs. This team is working on building, configuring, and integrating applications based on tools including ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, Office 465, Slack, Miro, Box, and other SaaS/PaaS applications.
Responsibilities:
Enhance the quality of IT products and services, analyze data to advise business decisions, and find technological solutions to business needs
Work with product owners and user community on application usage and gap analysis
Determine comparable products and solutions, and develop score sheets to be used in evaluating IT Applications
Develop features and add stories to the relevant Sprint, work on roll-out plan for releases, and identify what needs to be communicated to users
Required Skills:
Bachelor's in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
4+ years of IT System / Business Analysis experience
Solid understanding of ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, Office 365, Google Apps for Work, Slack, Miro, Box, or similar applications
