Vuori Returns Specialists are responsible for processing and issuing refunds for ECOM and Wholesale returns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are responsible for grading the condition of returned product with keen attention to detail and guaranteeing only brand new, unworn items are resold to our Vuori customers. Returns Specialists work cross functionally with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to confirm proper refunds are issued in a timely manner. What you'll get to do:  Receiving and processing returns Quality grading and inspection of returned items Transferring of goods back to the DC Work cross functionally with other departments Folding and repackaging Provide quality feedback to leadership
