Job DescriptionAn employer in the insurance industry is looking for a junior Salesforce Administrator to join the team and sit fully-remote. The Salesforce Administrator will support the Property and Casualty (P&C) side of the business, ensuring the Salesforce platform is optimally configured and maintained. This role involves a blend of technical skills and people skills, with a focus on handling help desk tickets, providing Tier 1 support, and implementing changes within the Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator will receive and address help desk tickets, identify user issues, and provide training to enhance user competence.
