Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of experience within the Salesforce platform, Service Cloud preferred.
Demonstrated ability building/supporting enterprise integrations within Salesforce required
Financial Services industry preferred.
Experience in Lightning Web Components; Experience in multiple lightning migrations preferred.
Experience in implementation of Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud for multiple clients in financial services preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification required. Salesforce Advanced Developer and Service Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
Additional KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Proficiency in Salesforce, with clear understanding of lead, contact, opportunity, account, and campaign objects.
Functional knowledge of integration systems, with experience integrating enterprise software between various software solutions.
Technical project management, deployment, or implementation experience in a customer-facing role. Ability to work on an Agile-based cross-functional project team.
Ability to think strategically, provide holistic solutions and best practices,
Design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS. Familiar with Force.com declarative configuration and Apex/Lightning/API development. Familiar with unit, integration and end-to-end system testing and performance tuning.
Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulating the business value of a given technical solution.
Strong collaborator with a can-do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leaderships.
