Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Administrator in San Diego, California. Our industry lies within the Biotechnology Investment sector. The role will be based in our office and will require the successful candidate to contribute significantly to the efficient management of daily operations. Responsibilities: Ensure smooth workflow by effectively managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities that arise in a dynamic industry environment. Coordinate and manage domestic travel arrangements for team members. Handle the processing of expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Utilize digital tools such as Outlook for scheduling work activities and Slack for real-time company-wide communication. Manage customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Play a crucial role in maintaining regular on-site presence for daily business operations. Show adaptability in a unique work environment where tasks are distributed and attended to as needed. Be primarily responsible for meticulously scheduling meetings and coordinating calls which form the backbone of daily operations. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records.
