To continue expanding the company’s diversification initiative, the Compute team is looking for experienced go-to-market (GTM) Project Managers to organize and support the GTM Sales team’s deliverables and schedules across the consumer, commercial, and enterprise channels. Stakeholders include a broad swath of the Compute business unit including, but not limited to, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Program Management.The Project Managers must possess exceptional comfort with cross-functional collaboration and impeccable organizational skills. This role requires onsite presence in the San Diego, CA, office (4 days/week), and only candidates with experience in GTM Sales for technology products will be considered.All-Channel Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the introduction of new commercial devices to customers and partners, including via launch campaigns, with signoff from key stakeholders
End-to-end onboarding of partners, including NDAs, contracts, forecasts and MDF allocation
Handle quarterly marketing development funding (MDF) submittals, verification/closure of proof of execution (POE) and contract renewals
Track quarterly global channel incentive (GCI) submittals, feeding into end-to-end funding reports
Manage cadence and GTM alignment with OEMs
Prepare GTM team deliverables status and present schedule alignment status at the business team’s core meeting
Collaborate with Product Management for monthly volume forecast locks (including regions)
Support Sales team’s preparation for quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Provide regular updates on scorecards/dashboards for oem.com, retailers, distributors, commercial/enterprise customers, etc.
Lead annual strategic planning and budget lock process, including regional budget rollouts
Align and collate event content
Align with internally focused Program Managers for development status of new chipsets and software (NPI Tracking)
Channel-Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Consumer: Manage assortment locks for back-to-school and holiday seasons
Commercial: Manage proof-of-concept (POC) programs with all commercial partners to ensure seamless qualifications
Enterprise: Lead qualification process for top enterprise customers, coordinating with various teams
Enterprise: Manage annual priority account selection process
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Sales, Management, or related field
10+ years of Project/Program Management or Sales-related work experience
5+ years of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
