Req ID: 457674BASIC PURPOSE : Supervises a crew of Technicians and Mechanics that maintain equipment at CNG stations by performing maintenance. Also troubleshoots issues and repairs equipment as needed by responding to service calls.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment installed at CNG stations.

Has daily oversight of Technicians and Mechanics in their responsible area.

Monitors times, and employee daily assignments to make sure repairs are completed timely and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Orders supplies and parts as needed within company guidelines and purchasing expectations.

Responds to service calls as required

Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education:

High school Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Experience maintaining basic mechanical or electrical systems

4 years of CNG or 6 years similar experience

TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:

Train the trainer and all certifications held by the positions Tech I, II, III and Mechanic.

Proficiency testing required on above material.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Two years of experience in a cafeteria/lounge setting. One year of supervisory experience. Ability to train. Skill in planning, coordinating and time sequences to have items ready to serve. Ability and knowledge to adjust recipes. Knowledge of the characteristics of various raw and cooked foods to insure items are fresh and to judge final product by color, consistency, temperature, odor and taste. Knowledge of inventory procedures. Knowledge of fire, safety and sanitation rules and regulations. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to deal effectively with others. Education This position is not in a positive education series.
