Sr Manager, Professional Education & Academic RelationsAs our Senior Manager, you will lead the North America professional education strategy and activation plans to meet organizational objectives, while serving as a clinical expert for the Marketing and Sales organizations to support the sales efforts all for POHC (Philips Oral Healthcare) products. You will collaborate with professional sales, professional marketing, professional marcom and professional relations, and global central teams to optimize results from Professional Education activities.Your role:

Develop and execute education strategy for students and Dental Professional (DP) customers, particularly DSO's. Develop, execute and manage Key Opinion Leader strategy and relationships for North America.

Collaborate with relevant functions to drive develop digital tools and platforms to support education in the DP environment. Develop and manage North America professional education resources and budget to promote product evaluation and sales through professional education programs in both the academic and DP environment.

Effectively and efficiently collaborate with professional sales, professional marketing, professional marcom and professional relations to optimize results from professional education activities.

Manage the production of our Professional Education Managers to include development of evidence-based curriculum that is relevant to selected DP audiences and promotes POHC product awareness and trial.

Consistently share US-based professional education best practices with professional education managers in other regions and support fast reapplication.

Lead relationships with professional associations, academic bodies, while driving the Professional Education team to build new relationships with dental and dental hygiene schools in the US and Canada to capture professional opportunities for new value spaces.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in a clinical practice, education and extensive knowledge of the North American Dental professional industry and preferably with a network of key contacts and relationships.

Your skills include: highly developed delegation and strong leadership ability; budget development; capable of strategic development for the department within the context of the business; excellent communication skills for interactions between internal and external stakeholders; working with multiple teams within the same brand. Strong presentation skills for both large and small audiences.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, Master's preferred. Registered, Certified or Licensed Dental Hygienist license, preferred.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $110,400 to $189,200.The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $116,200 to $199,200.The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $122,000 to $209,000.The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $130,000 to $223,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
