Description As a Staff Accountant in the manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements for manufacturing operations.
Reconcile inventory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
Support financial audits and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function in the
Requirements
Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
