JOB SUMMARY:Under the direct supervision of the Department Manager, the Supervisor provides clinical supervision for staff. Plans and prioritizes work assignments. Serves as subject matter expert; coordinates mentoring and training of team members. Provides ongoing feedback and evaluation to team members. Directly participates in annual performance appraisal process. Responsible for coordination and evaluation of functions and activities around access to care and clinical service offerings. Ensures compliance with protocols, policies and procedures. Responsible for resolving operational issues. Supports the overall business plan by monitoring performance relative to established goals. Works collaboratively with other Developmental Services leaders.
