What You'll DoIn this role, you will be a Program Manager (PM) that orchestrates Supply Chain Operations (SCO) sub-functions to meet regulatory compliance and related needs. You will work directly with the business, solutions, IT teams and their respective leadership teams to deliver the program. Adapts and updates the strategy and roadmap for meeting and maintaining compliance with Trade, ESG and Government procurement regulations impacting supply chain.

Leads and holds sub-functions accountable to closing compliance gaps identified.

Directly program handles sophisticated regulations spanning multiple supply chain teams.

Launches and implements new regulatory compliance mechanisms as needed.

Works with Government Affairs, Trade Compliance, and Legal to monitor and update gap assessments.

Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) Transformation in Supply Chain

PM supports Regulatory and ESG governance and steering committees in supply chain.

Handle committee meeting agendas, decks, minutes, and action items.

Program manager workstreams/projects that result from those committees.

Solution problems and assure ownership and execution across Supply Chain Operations (SCO).

Program management of integration of ESG and Regulatory initiatives into SCO functional responsibilities for execution.

Integration of ESG and Regulatory requirements into SCO processes, tools, and systems.

Program Management Skills and Responsibilities

Responsible as business PM and working with and across all supply chain functions to ensure successful delivery of the program and ensure business goals are met.

Operates strategically and tactically to deliver projects/programs complex in nature.

Establish strong relationships, influences, and maintains engagement with functions outside of SCO, including ONEx (Operations) Portfolio and Program Management team.

Develop and actively maintain multiple project plans while monitoring projects from initiation through delivery.

Track program progress, interdependencies, landmarks, and deliverables across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout

Handle risk management/mitigation while driving closure to major program issues.

Lead daily stand-ups, program commits, and other relevant program discussions.

Provide consistent and comprehensive status reporting, executive-level dashboards, program updates to key partners and executives.

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and thrive leading and handling large group of partners.

Who You'll Work WithThe Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) team is chartered to architect and build the supply chain of the future. The SCT team comprises of many close teams and is chartered to set the supply chain strategy, craft, and drive the target business architecture supported by the respective data strategy, and to deliver business outcomes through detailed program execution. This team works very multi-functionally across all tracks within Supply Chain and externally to other corporate functions to advance the transformation capabilities of Cisco and our customers.Who You AreYou are self-motivated and thrive while working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a good attention to detail and must be held by a quick learner who can adapt to changes in time frames, people, and situations with ease who remains calm under pressure.

10+ years of experience working in a supply chain organization and/or similar domains.

Licensed Customs Broker or similar certification

Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills both at a working and executive level.

Excellent time management and planning skills can shift priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficient at working in and leading multi-functional teams.

Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and enable the facilitation of business outcomes.

Operates with a sense of urgency and is eager to learn and apply new methods and standard methodologies.

You are knowledgeable and experienced with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and certification in these practices is a plus.
