Reporting to the Country Manager, you will join our HR team in San Diego as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting Scalian’s continued expansion in the United States.The position offers a strong development path within a fast-growing international consulting environment.Our context:The SCALIAN Group has a confirmed positioning as global player in the consulting sector, with more than 30 years of history in large accounts,Benefiting from a strong track record in Project and Enterprise Performance and promising positions in Supply Chain, Digital & Business Solutions and Critical Software,A team of Key Account Managers and local Managers in Paris, Marseille, Hamburg and other regions.Your role will be toThis role is primarily focused on Engineering Talent Acquisition, particularly high-volume recruitment of technical profiles, while progressively developing broader HR expertise across training, HR operations, compliance, and payroll support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (primary focus)Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering profiles (software, systems, industrial, data, etc.)Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns in a competitive technical marketDevelop and execute sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, talent pipelines)Conduct HR screening interviews and candidate assessmentsCoordinate interview processes with technical managers and business stakeholdersEnsure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleSupport onboarding and integration of new hiresHR Operations & Future Scope (progressive exposure)Support training initiatives and learning program coordinationParticipate in internal mobility and retention initiativesSupport HR compliance activities (US labor law basics, internal policies, audits)Contribute to HR reporting and operational processesProvide coordination support for payroll-related processes (no direct payroll execution initially)Participate in continuous improvement of HR tools and processes
