job summary:
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing purchased content and identify gaps/needs, based on trade compliance requirements
- Where gaps exist, identify and define Illumina-specific content for insertion into off-the-shelf training modules
- Coordinate creation and upload of training content into Illumina's Learning Management System (LMS) by the Illumina LMS team
- Track and report 3rd party content provider deliverables, as well as LMS milestones and training launch
- Proofread customs content for brevity, clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Test updated training modules, report anomalies, and track the resolution of issues
- Determine training profiles for employees based on training modules. Must have experience in determining training profiles by SAP role, cost-center or other method.
- Work with internal LMS team and Global Trade team to determine requirements for training certification, reporting on training performance and visibility to audit trail.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills; ability to make informed decisions; and ability to work well with others.
- Must have experience in creating corporate training content for regulatory or quality functions
- Must have experience working with an LMS team and LMS tools
- Exposure to SCORM, Storyline systems or other training software required
