MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY AND EVENINGS! 11-7PM SHITFS. WILL REQUIRE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, IN LOCAL OFFICE WORK LOCATION, POSSIBLE EVENING and WEEKENDS

Job Description:
The Windows 10 Project Technicians will be responsible for performing hardware and software tasks face to face with on-site end users in a fast paced hospitals. Windows 10 Technicians will provide configuration support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, perform Quality Assurance tasks to validate images, replace/swap equipment as well as several other tasks supporting a bare metal upgrade of a user's system. In this role you should have the ability to set priorities and be aware of standard SLA's which need to be met. The Windows 10 Project Technician will spend a significant portion of the day on their feet unboxing and installing hardware. This position will require excellent customer service and quick decision making skills to identify and resolve onsite end user's (to doctors & nurses) technical inquiries in a healthcare/ hospital settings.
