Looking for an amazing kitchen Manager to help us establish our brand in North County Coastal San Diego
We are looking for the right individual who can come in with a positive attitude and the right skill set. We need a hard working leader who can build the right team from scratch and operate our store correctly. We are NOT looking for someone to create recipes and come up with new dishes. Recipe books and kitchen controls are already in place.
This is a salary position that pays between $45K - $50K depending on experience and performance. 50 Hour work week. Kitchen Management experience required.
Responsibilities include:
- Working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Working the line
- Ordering
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Leading the team
- Kitchen Cleanliness
- Kitchen Organization
- Quality Control
- Team motivation
- Great knife skills
- Prep schedule
Typical hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with the occasional PM shift. No Late nights.
