Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met.
-Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff, creating a positive and efficient work environment.
-Coordinate scheduling, hiring, and training of cooks and kitchen staff.
-Perform quality control checks on all food items before they are served.
-Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute menu items.
-Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and equipment.
-Ensure the kitchen is organized, clean, and compliant with health regulations.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position in a restaurant environment.
-Strong culinary skills with proven back-of-house experience.
-Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
