We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency in the kitchen.

Job Description:

As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead and mentor a team of the kitchen staff, manage inventory and supplies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency

- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures

- Monitor and control food costs and waste

- Create and update menus in collaboration with the executive chef

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on cooking experience in a Mexican kitchen

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
