General Manager:
Minimum 3-5+ years restaurant experience in a full service General Manager role. Managers should take an energetic approach to their work and must enjoy interacting with guests on the floor and have the ability to problem solve and think quick on their feet. Need someone who take initiative, are dedicated to hospitality, and take their job seriously, but know how to create fun at work. Knowledge of bar/beverage programs is a plus. Required to know how to read & operate P&L, cost controls, labor controls, and all financials.
Compensation - salary in the $90-100k base range DOE, plus full benefits & PTO
