We are looking for an Experienced Sushi Head Chef with managerial skills to join our team!
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef and Manager
Management and organizational skills to work with FOH(front of house) and BOH(back of house)
Understanding of controlling Cost of Goods and Payroll
Food Cost implementation
Menu and Specials creation
Toast POS understanding (nice to have)
Inventory control
Product ordering and shopping as needed. Must have a car
Committed to growing with the business
Consistent in their attendance
Outgoing, engages with customers
Conducts staff meetings - FOH, BOH
Must have:
Manager's Food Handling Card
References
