RCM / Medical Billing Supervisor: This position requires experience, do not reply if no previous RCM/Medical Billing experience. Candidate should have working knowledge of end-to-end RCM procedures, including all aspects of Medical Billing. Experience in accounts receivable follow up, doing appeals and all aspects of A/R work. This position may also coordinate surgical billing with coders, bill surgeries, including submitting surgical claims and following up with insurance companies on unpaid claims. Experience in the supervision of both in-house and remote billing staff.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing the highest level of service RCM services and have the ability to handle sensitive situations with strong intrapersonal skills. A critical thinker who also has the ability to problem solve. Have a high attention to detail and a team player!
