We are growing and we are in immediate need of 1st shift Deburr/Assembly technician.
Hours: Monday - Friday
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Openings: 2
What You Will Do:
Deburrs and sands products as needed for shipment in accordance with company procedures.
Moves finished products between stations into QC and/or shipping area as needed.
Loads and unloads parts into the blasting machine.
Operates shop equipment and machinery in accordance with safety requirements and reports problems or discrepancies to management.
Performs visual inspection of completed product in accordance with company quality standards.
Produces assigned projects in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas on a daily and weekly basis.
Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.
Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
Assists in other departments on an as needed basis.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to follow instructions.
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Epicor Experience is a plus!
