Commercial HVAC Company is looking for a well-rounded, experienced Account Manager. This position consists of being the main point of contact for our Preventative Maintenance / Contracted customers. Account Managers demonstrate their innate ability to foster and expand their relationships with key customers and possess a high level of attention to detail. This position is not remote and will involve 40 hours of work in our main office in Escondido. Prior knowledge of HVAC parts/ service is not required but recommended.
Offered Wage: $20-25 per hour DOE.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
· Review all accounts to ensure that you are up to date with communications.
· Process orders/ quotes for customers.
· Order necessary parts and equipment to prepare for installation.
· Prepare service calls/ installations for customers.
· Communicate with technician(s) to ensure the installation/ service appointment runs smoothly without any hiccups or challenges.
· Follow up with customer(s) to ensure all questions have been answered followed by invoice completion.
· Delegate customer inquiries to the appropriate department when applicable.
Account Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proficient experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Etc.)
· Strong demonstrated commitment to customer service and customer engagement.
· Expert level knowledge of customer service.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms/ systems a plus.
· Desire for growth.
· Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
