We are seeking an energetic, intelligent, well qualified administrator to join our great team and assist us at our Corporate Branch in Anaheim.
Duty shall include : answering phones receiving/processing customer orders, performing data entry, generating work orders and daily schedules, filing and providing impeccable customer service to our homeowners, prime contractors and crews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years administrative office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work well in a fast pace environment and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Pest control experience a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
