Job Description:

Initiate phone calls and emails to current customers for approval to perform repeat service.
Assist incoming callers with information about our services.
Accounts Payables, paying vendors, credit card reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable, posting checks, making deposits bank reconciliations.
Collecting on past due accounts receivable.
Work with vendors to create customized quotes for materials and services.
Answer phones, respond to customer service emails.
Create quotes for new and existing customers.
Update customer information in Service Trade, Essencials and QuickBooks.
High attention to detail a must.
Assist with scheduling technicians on Service Trade, and making appointments with customers.
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer service.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills a must.
Strong computer skills.
QuickBooks and Google Maps knowledge a plus.
If you are experienced in the service industries, mobile-service scheduling, office management, or sales rep positions we highly encourage you to apply. Knowledge of the San Diego area is very helpful. This position is full-time and long-term with room for advancement.
