We are a well-established, fast paced service company, seeking an administrative assistant to join our operations team. If you are someone who is highly organized, has a good memory, a quick learner, computer savvy, and self-motivated this job is for you!
Job Description:
Initiate phone calls and emails to current customers for approval to perform repeat service.
Assist incoming callers with information about our services.
Collecting on past due accounts receivable.
Work with vendors to create customized quotes for materials and services.
Answer phones.
Update customer information in QuickBooks.
High attention to detail a must.
Assist with scheduling technicians, and making appointments with customers.
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer service.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills a must.
Strong computer skills.
QuickBooks and Google Maps knowledge a plus.
If you are experienced in the service industries, mobile-service scheduling, office management, or sales rep positions we highly encourage you to apply. Knowledge of the San Diego area is very helpful. This position is full-time and long-term with room for advancement.
