Express Employment Professionals has an immediate need for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service Rep! In this position, you will provide support to an HVAC services company in the Kearny Mesa area.
Essential Duties:
-Customer service- engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and address issues
-Gathers, records, and maintains customer information accurately
-Match technicians to jobs based on location and skill level, and coordinate arrival times with homeowners
-Log service calls, track job progress, and maintain records of parts used
-Relay information between clients and technicians, providing updates on appointment times, delays, and changes
-Provide logistical support to technicians in the field
-Assist with billing
-Perform other duties as needed
Experience/ Skills Required:
-2 years minimum of previous experience as a Dispatcher in a similar setting (HVAC, plumbing, construction, contractor office)
-Have strong customer service skills
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
-Must have strong organizational skills
-Previous billing/ invoicing experience (AR/AP also works)
-Ability to multitask and work independently!
Work Environment:Office environment
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation: $19-$24/hr.
