Looking to hire a full-time dispatcher for a HVAC company. This person is is responsible for taking service requests and dispatching the appropriate technician. Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and technicians. Ordering parts from supply house. Issue computer generated purchase orders. Track contracts to ensure conformity to agreement. Processing monthly preventative maintenance reports. Prior dispatch experience helpful but not required.
Job requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, works well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Able to handle multiple tasks at once. Position is Mon - Fri, some overtime is expected.
