Outstanding non-profit and certification provider for exercise professionals and health coaches seeks Exam Registration and B2B Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to candidates during the registration process for all Company certifications, while working closely with Company’s testing service provider to ensure candidate registration, reschedules, retakes and cancellations are processed accordingly. The role provides sales administration support to the National Accounts team which includes generating quotes, processing sales orders, and partner communication.

Required Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficient in word processing and database software programs.

Effective time management skills to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to use problem-solving techniques with regards to time-sensitive issues.

Experience in administrative support or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working either in fitness, corporate wellness, or allied health, or in the certification and testing industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and current Company certification or the ability to earn Company certification within the first six (6) months of employment

Familiarity with the business of professional credentialing, licensure, and testing

Experience with international business in fitness, health, credentialing, or education

Responsibilities:

Efficiently process exam registrations, eligibility applications, and data transfers

Monitor exam site availability demand and request additional sites and/or exam dates from testing service provider(s) as needed

Assist candidates and International Education Partners with the scheduling, rescheduling, payments, invoicing and refunds of certification exams

Manage International Education Partner accounts for all transactions including exam registrations, re-certifications, and the sale and fulfillment of study materials and continuing education

Coordinate International Education Partner transactions, including sending quotes or invoices and collecting payment

Create and send transaction, renewal, balance/invoice and exam score summary reports to select partners on a monthly or quarterly basis

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as Company Accounting Department liaison with International Education Partners for billing, payments, orders, invoices, shipping quotes, etc.

Collaborate with Company warehouse on international shipping quotes, couriers, commercial invoicing, and Customs troubleshooting as needed

Liaison with warehouses in other countries (e.g., China) for inventory and shipping of Company textbooks on customer orders and process quarterly shipping/storage and handling invoices

Assist with B2B price levels for international and domestic partners

Create quarterly opportunities report for sales forecasts

Support Credentialing Department in maintaining exam security and integrity as it relates to International testing administration.

Collaborate with all departments at Company and testing service provider to work towards Company certification goals

Work closely with testing service provider to facilitate accurate and timely exchange of data, follow-up on candidate and testing center complaints, trouble shoot exam day issues and identify and address any other issues in a timely manner.

Answer inquiries from certification candidates, Company certified professionals, and Company staff regarding exam scores and certification status.

Always provide good customer service to candidates, certified professionals, Company employees, business contacts, and the public.

Collaborate with the International Accounts Department to process quotes, invoices, exam registrations, and certification renewals.

Supports the International Accounts Department with order processing, quotes, and partner communication.

Maintain a commitment to, and align with, Company mission, vision, values and programs.

Assume other reasonable responsibilities as assigned.
