Busy property management company looking to hire entry level PART-TIME front desk administrative assistant
Experience would be a plus but NO prior office experience is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately.
Directing phone calls to appropriate parties, fielding questions about available properties, and setting showing appointments.
Mailing of vendor payments, owner payments and all outgoing correspondence.
Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
Following up on incomplete applications.
Schedule viewings for prospective tenants and coordinating with property manager for showings.
Scheduling move in and move out inspections with current tenants.
Website/technology walk throughs for prospects, tenants and owners who have challenges, including password resets.
Create and keep current our company wide vacancy list with properties, details, and pricing.
Send out move in/move out packets to tenants in each stage of their tenancy.
Schedule turning on/off utilities at properties accordingly where tenants are moving in/out.
Receiving and posting rent payments and security deposits.
Fielding some maintenance issues reported by tenants and scheduling vendors to address.
The right person for this job:
MUST be fluent in Spanish and English
Must have driver's license and insurance
Must dress semi-professional because this is a real office job
