Seeking full-time maintenance coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance, repair activities, and turnovers of residential properties with a growing Property Management Company. We are a fast pace company where the day is over before you know it.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- manage, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion in Appfolio software.
- serve as a liaison between tenants and vendors ensuring effective communication and resolution of maintenance issues
- coordinate with various maintenance personnel, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to ensure all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently
- manage maintenance budgets and ensuring that tasks are completed within budget constraints
- follow-up with residents to ensure satisfaction before closing out their work orders
Requirements:
Prior property management business experience
AppFolio experience is a requirement
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to completion
Willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills including systems to stay focused in fast pace environment
CAA Forms experience (not a must but helpful)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
This is not a remote position. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Mon. - Fri.) this is not a hands on maintenance job. It is the maintenance coordinator.
