Job Title: Administrative Assistant (internal Title: Order Specialist)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our office team and contribute to our operational success. TMS Titanium has been in business for 19 years. Family operated. 15 employees, layback metal company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and maintain records in QuickBooks.
Print and organize sales orders and UPS shipping labels.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized workspaces.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office environment.
QuickBooks experience is required; invoicing experience is a significant plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).
A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to handle errors as learning opportunities.
Willingness to take the time to understand our unique product and processes.
