Commercial door contractor looking for an office manager. Experience in the construction or service industry very helpful.
A positive attitude, great attention to detail, QuickBooks experience, and strong phone skills are a MUST.
Duties to include:
QuickBooks: Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing.
Writing up and tracking all incoming requests for service and estimates.
Typing proposals and sending them to current / prospective customers.
Keeping tracking systems updated and accurate.
Answering incoming phone calls.
General customer service
Correspondence with customers and vendors
Other customer service & administration duties to be assigned as needed.
Applicants must be computer savvy and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work well and maintain attention to detail in a busy & fast paced environment.
This is a full time position.
