Leasing Consultant (Rancho Penasquitos)

Full time Leasing Consultant needed for San Diego properties. Experience preferred (or strong background in sales and customer service). If you are outgoing, friendly and energetic; have a passion for outstanding customer service then this is the right position for you!
The Leasing Consultant has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Community Manager, for marketing and promoting rentals. This includes advertising available apartments online, demonstrating apartments and community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant, with the oversight of the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, is also responsible for assisting in the general administration of the property.
The leasing consultant has a scheduled base in the Rancho Penasquitos area with 350+ units, but also assists in covering rental offices at other communities as coverage is needed. All our leasing offices are closed on Sundays!
Qualifications
Prior Leasing experience preferred
Able to work well with little supervision
Excellent customer service and ability to handle fast paced work environment
Yieldstar or other rent price optimizing experience a plus
Onesite Leasing and Rents experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation source
